Jill is truly lovely and a fantastic carer. She has shown immense flexibility and tolerance in exceptional circumstances. She has gone above and beyond. Nothing phases her, and she has been nothing but amazing. Despite disruption and inconvenience in the home, she is constantly smiling. Her communication is fantastic and she is unbelievably understanding. Please pass on my sincere thanks as she is one on a million.

I’d like to give a glowing recommendation for Pat and we thank the Lord she happened along at the right time for us. Pat was literally a life-line for Mum. It was no surprise that when Pat needed her very infrequent and short holidays she took, that Mum tended to get ill. Mum would have passed away many times over had it not been for Pat’s care.
Can’t thank you enough for your invaluable help throughout this difficult year. You all did a grand job at keeping everything running, despite all the challenges you were faced with due to the pandemic!
I have been using Care and Choice to provide live in care for my Mother for 4 years now. The agency provides a very personal service ensuring they meet, in person, all their clients and carers, before taking them on their books, in order to be able to seek out the best possible carer/client match.
It’s a sad time but it is some comfort to us that being able to stay in her own home made such a big difference to Mum in her final years. Many thanks to you and your team for making this possible, it hasn’t always been easy for carers but you and your colleagues in the office have always been appreciated. Wishing you well as individuals but l also hoping that the business continues to thrive. Your service in much needed and I’m sure the need will grow.
Jo looked after my Father on numerous occasions, she was always kind, always patient and he loved her sense of humour. Jo could get him to engage both mentally and physically brilliantly, Dad had Alzheimer’s, Dementia and had had a brain stem stroke so engaging wasn’t his strong point as he became increasingly frail. My Father lived at home with me, Jo also fitted into the family of 2 kids, dogs, cats, ducks and a snake. Sadly Dad has now passed but his life was made all the better for having had Jo care for him I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Dad likes having company around but he is also a private person, and his caregiver has found the perfect balance and she has terrific banter with all the family, and knows what is needed.
I cannot praise Mum’s carer enough for her caring and loving attention to both mum and us. Thank you so much for the years and years of help with our step father and mum. We can’t thank you enough.

In just one week with a live in carer, I can see the difference in mum already. She is getting up earlier and is active everyday, go- ing to the cinema and doing jigsaws. Her car- er is motivating and proactive—mum has a new lease of life!
